The Huntington Harbour Bay Club in Huntington Beach was the setting for the nuptials and reception of Gena Pasillas and Martin Guisar.
The bride is the daughter of Paul Pasillas and Ada Jean Stone, both of Whittier. She received both her bachelor of arts degree and her master’s degree in urban and regional planning from UC Irvine. Formerly a Los Angeles Times employee, she is now employed by Danielian Associates in Irvine, an architecture and planning firm.
The bridegroom is the son of Amalio Guisar of Fullerton and Joan Guisar of Anaheim.
The couple honeymooned in Hawaii and live in Huntington Beach.

Lillian Puhalla and Robert Hoyle Rieders exchanged wedding vows at Gainey Winery in Santa Ynez. Family friend and retired U.S. Army Chaplain Albert C. Skinner of Colorado Springs performed the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Al and Kathleen Puhalla of Romney, W.V. She attended USC, where she earned a master’s degree in business, and graduated from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh. She is a project manager for her sister’s design firm.
The bridegroom is the son of Jane Ramsey of Irvine and Warren H. Rieders of Hershey Estates, Pa. He graduated from University High in Irvine and UC Berkeley. He earned his law degree at Boston University Law School. He is general counsel and corporate secretary at Lucas Digital Limited, the parent company of Industrial Light & Magic and Skywalker Sound in San Rafael.
The couple honeymooned in Australia and live in San Francisco.

The bride is the daughter of April and Don Wolsey of Orange. She graduated from Villa Park High and from UC Davis with a bachelor of arts in political science. She is a legislative aide for state Sen. Betty Karnette (D-Long Beach).
The bridegroom is the son of Wanda and Dennis Sullivan of Fair Oaks, Calif. He graduated from Del Campo High in Fair Oaks and received his bachelor of arts degree in political science from UC Santa Barbara. He is a manager with Burson-Marstellar Public Relations in Sacramento.
The couple honeymooned in Mexico and live in East Sacramento.

The Rev. and Mrs. X. Peter Wernett of Mission Viejo announce the marriage of their daughter Jennifer Ann Wernett to Daniel Tracy Love. The wedding took place at the Laguna Beach United Methodist Church in Laguna Beach.
Clergy assisting in the double-ring ceremony were the bride’s father, the Rev. Peter Wernett; the Rev. Michael Regele, a friend of the family; and the Rev. Ginny Wheeler, pastor of the Laguna Beach church. A reception followed at the Surf & Sand Resort in Laguna Beach.
The bride is a graduate of Bangor High in Bangor, Penn., and Cal State Fullerton. She is a teacher at Moulton Elementary in Laguna Niguel.
The bridegroom is the son of Robert E. Love of Ladera Ranch, Calif., and Patricia A. Hollins of Long Beach. He is a vice president at Coast Life Insurance Agency in Mission Viejo.
The couple honeymooned in Coronado, Calif., and live in Rancho Santa Margarita.
