The bride is the daughter of Dr. James and Shirley Fraser of Fullerton. She received a bachelor of science degree from San Diego State University and her medical degree from USC. She is practicing at Fountain Valley Regional Hospital and Medical Center.
The groom is the son of Joy Scott and the late Barry Scott of Marina del Rey. He is an executive at Network Systems in Los Angeles.
The couple honeymooned in Spain and live in Hermosa Beach.

The groom is the son of Jennifer and the late Robert Medland of Brisbane, Australia.
The couple honeymooned in the Fiji Islands and live in Labador, Australia.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Francis of Laguna Beach. She graduated from Laguna Beach High and the University of Colorado, Boulder, with a bachelor’s degree in science and business administration. She is sales and marketing director at Irvine’s University Medical Corp.
The groom is the son of Dennis Kevane Boultinghouse of Arcadia and Sharon Hammond Boultinghouse of San Gabriel. He graduated from San Marino High and earned a bachelor’s degree in business and communications at the University of Arizona. He is employed by Trammell Crow Co.
An Aug. 10 wedding is planned.
