New York real estate mogul Abe Hirschfeld, in jail for plotting to kill his former business partner, is being investigated for allegedly targeting a state judge, prosecutors said.
The Manhattan district attorney’s office said it was considering charging the millionaire with trying to hire a hit man to kill Supreme Court Justice Ira Gammerman.
Gammerman is presiding over a case in which the 82-year-old Hirschfeld is being sued by his daughter and the estate of his former business partner, Stanley Stahl.
