Yahoo Inc. said Dimitri Boylan resigned as chief executive of HotJobs.com Ltd., a month after Yahoo bought the jobs-listing Web site for $396 million.

Boylan, co-founder of the site, will step down March 31 to pursue other opportunities. He’ll stay as a consultant until May 31. Yahoo, the most popular network of Web sites, said it’s conducting a search to replace Boylan, 41.

Yahoo shares fell 89 cents to $18.20 on Nasdaq.
