Tiny Rocket Dash Puts Streak on Line

Share

Tiny Rocket Dash, an Oregon-bred owned and trained by Roberto Dominguez, had to settle for second in the first race of his life.

A 15-1 shot when he debuted on April 8, 2001, the gelding completed the exacta 11/2 lengths behind Oxygen, going 300 yards.

Since then, Tiny Rocket Dash is perfect. He has won eight straight and will try for No. 9 in the $15,000 Old Habits Handicap tonight at Los Alamitos.
