SSR Realty Purchases Pasadena Apartments
SSR Realty Advisors Inc.’s Tower Fund bought the Arpeggio, a newly completed, 135-unit apartment complex in downtown Pasadena, for $25.3 million from SNK Peabody Pasadena. The buyer and the seller represented themselves.

Donald T. Sterling, trustee of the Sterling Family Trust, bought the 20-story, 236-unit Mark Wilshire Apartments in Los Angeles from Mark Wilshire Associates for $22 million. The buyer and the seller were represented by David Kaufman and Richard Ringer of Marcus & Millichap.

CTG Properties bought a 281,548-square-foot industrial building in Anaheim from DeRegt Development for $20 million. Patrick Delaney of Lee & Associates represented the buyer. The seller was represented by Jim DeRegt, also of Lee.

Tenet Healthcare Corp. signed a 10-year, $11.3-million lease for 33,500 square feet of office space in Brentwood. Jeff Pion and Deron White of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, Los Angeles-based Lowe Enterprises. The tenant was represented by Greg Johnson of Daum Commercial Real Estate.

EOfficesSuites, which specializes in offices for entertainment and technology tenants, bought a 50,000-square-foot office building in Beverly Hills for $9.5 million from a court-appointed receiver. The seller was represented by Jeff Resnick of First Property. The buyer was represented by Tony Dorn of Beitler Commercial Realty Services.

OrePac Building Products of Wilsonville, Ore., signed a 12-year, $7-million lease for 157,318 square feet of distribution space in Ontario. Ted Carpenter of Carpenter & Associates represented the tenant and the landlord, Oltmans Investment Co. of Whittier.
