Choose Suitable Judges
It seems to me that strict adherence to the Constitution would probably end the delay in confirming federal judges. The Constitution states explicitly that appointments should be made with the advice and consent of the Senate. It should be possible for judges to be chosen who would be suitable, though not the first choice of either the president or the Senate.
