A Losing Gamble

Re “A Game of Casino Hardball,” Nov. 5: Tell me, how many schools, hospitals, clinics and kindergartens did the Indians build with the billions they are making on slot machines? How many kids did they send to the schools and colleges? How did they improve housing, health care, education? By the way, are they still receiving federal government help and subsidies?
