President to Nominate Military Aide to NTSB

President Bush plans to nominate a White House military aide, Air Force Brig. Gen. Mark Rosenker, to fill the lone vacancy on the National Transportation Safety Board, the White House said.
Rosenker heads the White House Military Office.
