A Bond Is a Tax

In keeping with the intent of “truth in advertising” in elections, the word “bond” should be followed by the word “tax” (i.e., bond-tax). The group of taxpayers responsible for paying back the bond-tax, including interest, should also be listed in bold print. A bond is a tax and should not be disguised as anything else.
