Body of Missing Man Is Found in Bay

The body of a Swiss man allegedly thrown overboard into San Francisco Bay has been found, authorities said.
The body of 30-year-old Lionel Voilat was found Thursday floating between Alcatraz and Angel Island, police said.
Prosecutors have charged 27-year-old William Monaghan with murder in the death of Voilat during an apparent fight.
Investigators said at least one witness saw Monaghan pick up Voilat and toss him over the railing of a party boat Oct. 26.
