2 Tots Pulled From Pool Are in Critical Condition

Two toddlers were in critical condition Thursday after being pulled from a backyard pool in this San Diego suburb, officials said.
An 18-month-old boy and his 2-year-old sister were being treated at Children’s Hospital in San Diego, a hospital spokeswoman said.
