Democrats urge housing bill vote

Democrats on the House Financial Services Committee last week issued a call to bring the Affordability for America Act of 2002 to the floor for a vote.
The bipartisan bill includes a 1% down payment on Federal Housing Administration mortgage loans for teachers, police officers and firefighters.
