From Times Wire Reports

The Southeast Asian network suspected in the Oct. 12 bombings in Bali, Indonesia, was placed on a U.N. list of groups and individuals with ties to the Al Qaeda terrorist group, as police took witnesses back to the blast site to reconstruct the crime that claimed nearly 200 lives. Any person or group blacklisted is subject to international sanctions, and nations are required to freeze their assets, prevent their movements and block attempts to sell or transfer arms to those on the list. Jemaah Islamiah has been tied to several plots and attacks over the last two years.
