Wasco--The 34th annual Festival of Roses Sept. 5-8 will include a parade (10 a.m. Sept. 7), daily carnival, rose queen pageant and wine tasting. Nevada City--Exercise your right to party at the Constitution Day Parade and Celebration Sept. 7-8.
