U.S. retail gasoline rose 0.1 cent to $1.395 a gallon in the week ended Monday, the Energy Department reported. The rise in the nationwide average cost of regular gasoline left prices 13.2 cents lower than a year ago, the weekly survey of about 900 filling stations showed. Regular gasoline prices were highest on the West Coast, where they fell 0.8 cent to $1.531 a gallon.
