Selection will begin next month for a new jury that will recommend whether a man convicted of murdering three Anaheim hospital employees should face death or life in prison without parole.

Deputy Dist. Atty. Bruce Moore told Superior Court Judge John J. Ryan that the new phase to determine the fate of Dung D. Trinh, 46, would take three days. The original jury deadlocked 10 to 2 in favor of life in prison without parole.
