Government Grants U.S. Exemption From Court

The Dominican Republic has agreed to give U.S. personnel exemption from prosecution in the new International Criminal Court, a State Department official said.
The Dominican Republic signed the agreement Monday, the fifth country to do so after Romania, Israel, East Timor and Tajikistan.
