Worker Who Testified on Using Pot Gets Job Back

A flight attendant fired after testifying in the David Westerfield trial that she had smoked marijuana with the parents of slain 7-year-old Danielle van Dam will get her job back.
Denise Kemal was reinstated by Southwest Airlines before an appeal hearing. The agreement will not provide back pay for Kemal and requires regular drug testing.
