EARNINGS

Sharper Image Corp. of San Francisco restated earnings results for the last three years because of accounting corrections. Last year’s profit was $15.9 million, or $1.21 a share, instead of $15.4 million, or $1.12. The accounting changes also increased per share profit in 2000 and decreased it in 2001.
