GM to Recall 240,000 Saturns, 95,000 SUVs

General Motors Corp. will recall 240,000 Saturn L-Series cars and 95,000 Buick Rendezvous sport utility vehicles, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said.
NHTSA said GM would fix a faulty ignition control computer that could trigger a fire on Saturn L-Series models from 2000 through 2003.
On the Rendezvous, GM will reinforce the support around the rear lift-gate latch to keep the latch from failing in a crash. That recall covers model years 2002 and 2003.
