* AT&T; Wireless Services Inc. won a judge’s approval for a $47.5-million settlement of shareholder suits challenging its purchase of TeleCorp PCS Inc. last year. The judge said the settlement offer by AT&T; representatives and former TeleCorp executives was “a very high-quality result.”
