Memphis Bleek “M.A.D.E.” (Roc-a-Fella/Def Jam): The long-delayed third album by the Miami rapper features appearances by Jay-Z, Beanie Siegel and Trick Daddy.
Hoobastank “The Reason” (Island): The Calabasas thrash metal band’s third album makes few changes on the formula that helped its 2001 major-label debut find a mass audience.
Kelis “Tasty” (Star Trak): This Harlem-bred singer enlists high-powered pals on her second outing, including the Neptunes’ Pharrell Williams and Chad Hugo, who wrote “Milkshake”; OutKast’s Andre 3000, who guests on the same track; Raphael Saddiq; and rapper Nas.
