Trial Set for Suspect in Abortion Clinic Bombing

A federal judge ruled that Eric Rudolph, accused of a fatal abortion clinic bombing in Birmingham, will go on trial beginning Aug. 2.
Rudolph is accused of setting off a bomb outside the clinic in 1998, killing a police officer and critically injuring a nurse.
He is also charged in the Olympic park bombing in Atlanta in 1996, in which a woman was killed, and two bombings in Atlanta in 1997.
