Two Bodies Found in Missing Airplane

The bodies of a man and a woman were found inside a mangled two-seat airplane Monday, hidden in a thickly wooded area about 200 yards from where the plane had departed from the Corona Municipal Airport a week ago, authorities said.
The Cessna 150 was discovered by Riverside County sheriff’s deputies, who had been searching by helicopter since the plane disappeared Dec. 22, police Sgt. John Rasso said.
The victims intended to travel about 45 miles to Torrance, said an FAA spokesman.
