Judge Refuses to Bar D.A.’s Office From Case
A Norwalk Superior Court judge Monday denied a defense motion to dismiss the murder charges or recuse the Los Angeles County district attorney’s office from prosecuting Bruce Koklich, who is accused of killing his wife, the daughter of a former California state senator.

Koklich, 43, is accused of killing Jana Carpenter-Koklich, 41, the daughter of former state Sen. Paul Carpenter (D-Cypress).
