Hearing for ‘Suge’ Knight Postponed
The California Board of Prison Terms postponed a parole revocation hearing Tuesday for rap entrepreneur Marion “Suge” Knight that could send him back to prison for a year.
A spokesman for the board said Knight’s hearing would be delayed two weeks to give the board time to reexamine Knight’s request for legal representation at the proceeding.
The move reverses a board decision Monday to deny Knight access to a lawyer. Knight has been jailed since Dec. 23 for allegedly violating his parole by associating with gang members.
