Central Park Gardener Quits After Lottery Win

Phin Suy will be able to stop and smell the roses for as long as he likes after plucking the winning ticket in last week’s $128-million multi-state jackpot lottery.

Suy was introduced as New York’s biggest lottery winner in a news conference and promptly announced he had quit his job planting flowers in Central Park.

Suy, who came to the U.S. in 1985 from Cambodia, said he bought one $5 quick pick ticket.
