Donaldson, MSNBC talks fall through
NEW YORK —
ABC News’ Sam Donaldson is not headed to do an MSNBC evening show, after all, because the two sides couldn’t come to terms.
The on-again, off-again talks have ended, and Donaldson will instead be preparing to ship out to Qatar, where he will broadcast his ABC Radio show should there be a war with Iraq.
ABC said Thursday it is “delighted he’s going to stay.”
