Former Resident Hopes Silverado Trees Survive

I am a 94-year-old woman now living in San Diego who for most of my life lived in beautiful Orange County. I just read with dismay plans to build a tract of houses in narrow Silverado and Trabuco Canyons. To clear the way, this would mean cutting hundreds of live oak and sycamore trees, plus bulldozing. What a shame. I hope this plan is fought.
