Jaywalker in Fatal Crash Was From Nevada

A man who died Saturday night after jaywalking was identified as a 68-year-old Nevada resident, authorities said.
A car driving south struck Samuel Redman of Searchlight as he crossed the street in the 2100 block of South Harbor Boulevard about 9 p.m., the coroner’s office said. The driver’s name was not released.
