At least five people, including a 4-year-old boy, were killed and 32 injured when a car bomb exploded outside a state prosecution office in Medellin, police said. It was the fifth car bomb to explode in less than 10 days in Colombia, where a guerrilla war has been waged for decades.

A prosecutor accused Marxist rebels of planting the latest bomb in retaliation for the arrest of 53 suspected rebels Monday.
