Capital Murder Charges in Drug Case Massacre

A man was arraigned on capital murder charges in what police say was a drug-related shooting in which six men died in a hail of bullets.
Bond was set at $18 million for Marcial Bocanegra, 25, of Brownsville, who was arrested Thursday at the house of his common-law wife.
Edinburg Police Sgt. Rey Ramirez said the massacre was “a case of some drug dealers ripping off some drug dealers.”
