Fishers’ Hunch Is a Lifesaver for 2 Lost at Sea

CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. —
The crew of a sport fishing boat had hoped the flock of birds circling over the Atlantic would lead them to a good catch Friday, and it did. The boat Wave Paver found and rescued two men who had been clinging to their capsized boat for two days.
Paul Baynes and Roy Davis were rescued about 70 miles off Cape Canaveral in generally good condition.
The Coast Guard had been searching for the men since a friend reported them missing Wednesday night.
