Grenade Explodes as Voters Cast Ballots

A grenade exploded near the royal palace in Phnom Penh, the capital, as Cambodians voted in general elections.
One person was wounded. Two unexploded grenades were discovered nearby. National Election Commission spokesman Leng Sochea called the explosion an act of sabotage.
Final results are expected Aug. 8. Prime Minister Hun Sen’s party was expected to retain its hold on power.
