With just a little more investigation, Mark Olsen would have been able to mention the actual name of the actor who so perfectly performed the “filling in” for the voice of the late Lee Van Cleef in “The Good, the Bad and the Ugly”: Simon Prescott (“The Good, the Bad and the ‘What If?’ ” June 19) .
