A Chance to Claim Another Victory

Share

Handicappers who prefer a sharp claimer stepping up in class will like Royal Classic Cat in tonight’s seventh.

Owned and trained by Adan Farias, the 4-year-old A Classic Dash mare has won three in a row while moving up the ladder and she’ll try to keep the streak going as she jumps to the $20,000 claiming level in the 220-yard race.

Taken by Farias for $2,500 out of her win on Dec. 1, Royal Classic Cat beat $4,000 claimers by two lengths on Dec. 26, then won by a half-length against $10,000 stock on Jan. 24.
