Three children seriously hurt when their mother told them to unbuckle their seat belts before she drove off a cliff have been upgraded to stable condition and moved out of intensive care, hospital officials said Tuesday.
All three children are expected to survive.
Police are still investigating the Thursday afternoon crash that killed the mother, Corina Reeves, 32, of Clovis.
Authorities said it appears that Reeves intended to commit suicide. One of the children told police that Reeves ordered them to unbuckle their seat belts, then steered the car off a 40-foot cliff.
