* Two former Kmart Corp. vice presidents in Detroit pleaded not guilty to federal fraud charges that they overstated revenue. Enio Montini and Joseph Hofmeister were indicted on securities fraud and conspiracy charges Feb. 26 in the first criminal case stemming from the retailer’s bankruptcy filing.

* General Dynamics Corp., the maker of Gulfstream business jets, said it may cut as many as 1,000 jobs within a year as deliveries decline.
