Saddam Hussein, part deux

Channel surfers may have found Saddam Hussein in an unexpected venue Thursday night, as HBO televised the 1993 movie spoof “Hot Shots! Part Deux,” which prominently features an actor playing the Iraqi leader.

In the film -- a “Rambo” and “Top Gun” parody starring Charlie Sheen -- Hussein grapples with the U.S. president and ultimately has a piano dropped on him out of an airplane. His legs then shrivel up, like the witch in “The Wizard of Oz.”

HBO sets its movie schedule about two months in advance, so a spokeswoman said the timing was a coincidence.
