Morgan Claims to Have ISU Job

DES MOINES, Iowa —
Iowa State assistant Wayne Morgan told WHO-TV in Des Moines on Tuesday night that he will replace Larry Eustachy as basketball coach at the school.
Morgan, 52, said an announcement will be made today. He coached Long Beach State to the 1999-2000 Big West Conference title.
Eustachy resigned last week after photos of him drinking and kissing young women at a fraternity party were published.
