Lancaster Man Sought in Fatal Domestic Dispute

Police are looking for a Lancaster man suspected of fatally shooting another man in the home of a woman who had children by both of them.
The shooting followed an argument Thursday in the 12200 block of Runnymede Street, police said. The 26-year-old victim was taken by friends to a hospital, where he died, police said. His name was not released.
The suspect was identified as Marchell Wilson, 27, who ran from the house, police said.
