Drowning at Swimming Area Is 3rd in a Month
From Times Wire Reports
For the third time in a month, a drowning has occurred at the Red Rock swimming area on the Santa Ynez River.
On Monday, a 27-year-old unidentified man died shortly after the incident call came in about 2:45 p.m.
The swimming hole is near another popular spot where two people have drowned since Aug. 10.
