Suez to Sell Treatment Unit to Buyout Firms

Suez, the world’s second-largest water company, agreed to sell its Naperville, Ill.-based Ondeo Nalco water-treatment unit to a group of buyout firms led by Blackstone Group for $4.35 billion.
Goldman Sachs Capital Partners and Apollo Management joined Blackstone in the bid, Paris-based Suez said.
