Judge Orders Release of School Official’s Records
A Superior Court judge has ordered the Bakersfield City School District to release the personnel records of an vice principal suspected of killing five family members.
The records contain allegations of sexual misconduct, violence and threats of violence by Vincent Brothers during his tenure with the school district, according to the Bakersfield Californian. The school district had sought to keep the records sealed.
Brothers is the only named suspect in the shooting deaths of his wife, three children and mother-in-law.
