* The average rate on 30-year, fixed-rate mortgages rose to 5.52% last week from 5.40% the week before, Freddie Mac said. The average rate for 15-year, fixed-rate mortgages rose to 4.84% from 4.70%. Rates on one-year adjustable mortgages moved up to 3.46% from 3.36%.
