* Teledyne Technologies Inc. agreed to buy Isco Inc. for $96 million in cash, its fifth acquisition of a company that makes instruments to measure environmental conditions.

* Richard S. Braddock has resigned after about six years as chairman of Priceline.com Inc., the company said. Braddock will be succeeded by Ralph M. Bahna, a director at the Norwalk, Conn., company since 1998.
