Prosecutors claimed that former Enron Corp. Chief Executive Jeffrey K. Skilling broke the terms of his $5-million bond during a bizarre alcohol-fueled fracas in New York this month.

The court filing says Skilling’s blood alcohol level was 0.19 -- more than twice the legal limit for driving in most U.S. states -- when police sent him to the hospital at 4 a.m. April 9. He was not said to have driven while under the influence.

Officers deemed Skilling “an emotionally disturbed person” because he was accusing bar patrons of being undercover FBI agents.
