Authorities Say Raids Foiled Terrorist Attack

Security forces foiled a planned terrorist attack in the Saudi port city of Jidda by carrying out raids that left five Islamic militants dead, the Interior Ministry said.
The crackdown followed a suicide bombing Wednesday that killed six people, including the assailant, at a police headquarters in the capital, Riyadh.
