Thirty-three missing Dominican migrants were found alive after nearly two weeks at sea, but two died on the way to a hospital and dozens of others were missing and presumed dead, the U.S. Coast Guard and Dominican officials said.

A 40-foot boat had reportedly been carrying more than 75 people bound for Puerto Rico. Fishermen found it about two miles off the Dominican coast.
